We will not be liable for any loss, damages, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through our website. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment
We accept Paypal payments for both US and international orders. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express but please note: they will all be directed thru PayPal's encrypted, secure SSL servers for maximum security. You may check out with Paypal even if you do not have an account with Paypal.
Shipping
I take extra care to package and ship each order carefully. Your item will be sent using the most efficient method available. Some of our larger and heavier items may incur a fee due to their excessive weight and size. We will let you know if this is the case. Most of our larger items with an additional shipping charge have been noted as such on the item description.
Our shipping is calculated as 20% of the entire value of your order (unless otherwise noted). New York residents are charged 8.25% state sales tax.
These shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the continental US only. International customers, please contact me prior to placing your order for an accurate shipping quote to your area.
Damages, Exchanges & Returns
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Paint Your Canvas. If for some reason, you are not, I need to know about it. If you would like to exchange an item, we will be happy to honor your request, but you will be responsible for shipping charges incurred. Items sent in error, damaged items and most other returns may be returned for a refund or store credit. You decide. Special order and custom items are not returnable.
Please inspect the item as soon as it is received to be sure it has arrived safely. Please note that because most of our items are vintage and/or antique they have been previously loved and will not be in 'as new' condition. If you have questions about the item, please contact me prior to ordering.
Unless the item was sent in error or was damaged in transit, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
